This is my front cover final design. I am generally very pleased with it and i took a lot of time and effort producing it. My main background image i took myself, and i really like it because it was taken inside the new D Block building, hence the main cover line informing of the building just being opened. The masthead is very school related because it is in a 'sketched' font. I also included a barcode, date and issue number on the cover to make it more authentic. The cover line which reads 'revision tips and exam dates', is appealing to both the parents and the students, because this way they will all be up to speed with all the examinations and they can both be prepared for them.
