Final Front Cover

Here is my final front cover design for my magazine. I am really pleased by how it turned out. I liked the way i kept it quite simple looking, after researching into magazines related to my particular style of music i was focusing on, many of them were quite plain and in black & white. The main image is the 'frontman' from my band which i used for the double page spread. I feel that this image is extremely effective because the model is showing a sort of 'laid back, rock & roll status'. I also included a free CD feature on the front as well, because i found that a lot of the magazines i researched included this. The fonts which i used for the headings are a decorative style, they are distinctive and fit in perfectly with the genre of rock & roll.
